Michael J. Seidlinger is a Filipino American author of Anybody Home? (CLASH Books), Runaways: A Writer's Dilemma (Future Tense Books), Scream (part of Bloomsbury's Object Lessons series), and other books. He has written for, among others, Wired, Buzzfeed, Thrillist, Goodreads, The Observer, Polygon, The Believer, and Publishers Weekly. He teaches at Portland State University and has led workshops at Catapult, Kettle Pond Writer's Conference, and Sarah Lawrence. Preston Fassel is an award-winning writer whose work has appeared in FANGORIA, Rue Morgue, Screem, and on The Daily Grindhouse, Dread Central, and Cinedump.com. His debut novel, Our Lady of the Inferno, won the 2019 Independent Publisher’s Gold Medal for Horror and was named one of the ten best books of the year by Bloody Disgusting. His second book, The Despicable Fantasies of Quentin Sergenov, won the 2022 IPPY Gold Medal for Horror and his third book, Landis: The Story of a Real Man on 42nd Street, a biography of horror journalist Bill Landis, was nominated for the 2022 Rondo Award for Book of the Year. He currently serves as the Managing Editor for The Daily Grindhouse.
