Celebrate Soup’s On! with us at Deep Vellum Books, hosted by The Writer’s Garret’s own Emmy Piercy. This season, we feature Dallas poets Alan Gann and Harry McNabb and nonfiction author Joy Strickland, reading from her new book, Anatomy of a Patient, alongside co-author Reginald Harvey. Copies of the book will be available for sale and signing.

Soup’s On! is a quarterly series that serves two purposes: to showcase the incredible poets and writers we have in attendance at our Stone Soup Peer Critique Groups and to put those writers in touch with both an audience and other writers in their community. Whether you’re a new writer or an old pro, a sci-fi author or a poet, we want you to be a part of it. Come out and mingle, enjoy some coffee or a beer from Deep Vellum’s shop, and check out our Stone Soupers in one of Dallas’s vibrant literary venues in the heart of Deep Ellum!
